Pinnacle Asset Management Group LLC, a private investor, has purchased a 203.7k sf office building in Foothill Ranch for $40 mil, or around $195/sf.
The property is located at 26632-26642-26672 Towne Centre Dr, just off the 241 toll road at Bake Pkwy. Built in 2000, the office building is 100% leased to tenants such as Loandepot, Pepsi Co, Arrow Electronics and Premier Business Centers.
Ryan Swanson and Kurt Bruggeman of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the deal. The seller, Equity Office/Blackstone, was repped by Ryan Gallagher, Tim Geiman and Derreck Barker of HFF.
