We’ve got three recent leases from Orange County to report. The deals, in Santa Ana, Tustin and Anaheim, total nearly $5 mil in value and 55.2k sf of space. The Saywitz Company represented the tenants in all of the deals.
In one of the transactions, Ronco Plastics agreed to a five-year, $2.5 mil renewal for 35k sf ($1.19/sf/mo) at 15022 Parkway Loop in the Parkway Loop Business Center in Tustin. The facility houses Ronco’s corporate offices as well as its manufacturing facilities for its operations. The tenant was was repped by Barry Saywitz of The Saywitz Company, while Blaine Annett of Stream Realty Partners handled the negotiations on behalf of CA-14 Fund, the ownership of the property.
In another deal, The Reeves Law Group agreed to a five-year, $1.2 mil renewal for 7k sf ($2.85/sf/mo) of Class A office space at 200 West Santa Ana Blvd in Santa Ana. James Estrada of JLL handled negotiations on behalf of the ownership, CF Santa Ana LLC, while Saywitz repped the tenant.
An in the third transaction, Nu Tec Powder Coating agreed to a $1 mil, five-year renewal/expansion lease for a total of 13.2k sf ($1.26/sf/mo) at 2990 Blue Star St in Anaheim. The tenant was represented by Andrew Herron with Saywitz.
