A 38k sf office building in Santa Ana sold for $8.05 mil, or $212/sf. Located at 500 W. Santa Ana Blvd, north of 1st St and west of I-5, the structure was acquired by the Nova Academy Children’s Foundation.
Brian Corrigan of Voit Real Estate Services represented the Foundation in the deal. They intend to use the property as a flagship Charter High School.
“The Nova Academy Children’s Foundation has been serving underprivileged high school and early college students in Santa Ana for over 10 years,” stated Corrigan. “This acquisition will allow the Foundation to increase enrollment of students within a state-of-the-art educational environment as well as provide a permanent facility for the future.”
