Recent OC Leases Total 65k sf and $8 Mil in Value

The Saywitz Company recently brokered four leases for a combined 65.4k sf and with a total value of $7.9 mil in Orange County. The transactions were with Orange County Urology Associates, Sheffield Manufacturing, Carillon Office Technologies and Meritage Homes of California.

In one of the deals, Orange County Urology Associates leased a 12.9k sf Laguna Hills building in a transaction worth $3.5 mil. The building is located at 25200 La Paz Rd, adjacent to the west side of I-5.

Barry Saywitz, president of The Saywitz Company, represented Orange County Urology Associates, a premier urology practice serving all of Orange County. William Tomlinson repped the landlord, La Paz Office Plaza LLC, in the transaction.

In another transaction, Saywitz represented Sheffield Manufacturing in a 10-year, $3 mil lease for a 40.5k sf building in Garden Grove. The property is located at 7100 Belgrave, south of Chapman Ave and east of Knott St.

Sheffield is an aerospace manufacturing and design firm. Sean Ahern, senior vice president of Lee Associates of Newport Beach, represented the landlord, JQ Properties.

In Costa Mesa, Carillon Office Technologies signed a five-year, $1 mil lease for 8.4k sf at 11675 Scenic Ave. Carillon Office Technologies provides office supplies and technologies as well as stationary supplies.

Carillon was repped by Saywitz’ Senior Vice President Andrew Herron. Den Shelly of Arden Realty represented the landlord, Arden Realty Limited Partnership.

In the final deal, Meritage Homes inked a three-year, $350k lease for 3.6k sf at 1401 Dove St in Newport Beach. Meritage Homes is an award-winning, new homebuilder with homes for sale throughout Southern California.

Oliver Fleener of PM Realty Group represented the landlord, Palm Springs Village, in the transaction. Saywitz’ Herron repped Meritage.
