A 66k sf, industrial warehouse in Garden Grove was purchased for $10.53 mil ($160/sf) by The Smith Family Trust. The buyer, a distributor of educational products, will use this property to expand and consolidate the operations of their business, Teacher Created Resources.
The property is located at 12621 Western Ave, north of the 22 Fwy between Beach Blvd and Knott St. After locating this facility, the buyer listed and sold their two existing buildings and successfully executed a complex multi-property exchange.
