Cypress West Partners (CHP) recently completed a sizable LA-area medical office property acquisition, having paid $29 mil for a 76.8k sf ($378/sf) building in Glendale.
The property is located at 1500 E Chevy Chase Dr, west of the 2 Fwy and north of the 134 Fwy. Built in 2008, the four-story building is situated on a .69-acre lot on the Glendale Adventist Medical Center campus.
Mark E. Braham of DAUM’s Woodland Hills office represented the buyer in the transaction. David Meir, partner at Anvers Capital Partners / KW Commercial, repped the seller.
This acquisition is one of two very recent SoCal medical office buys for Cypress West Partners. The company also purchased a 23.3k sf, two-story medical office building located at 22032 El Paseo in Rancho Santa Margarita for $7.8 mil ($335/sf), as reported earlier in the week on RENTV.
