A 38k sf building on 4.4 acres of land in Anaheim sold for $7.5 mil, or $197/sf. The two-story building, located at 1380 Sanderson Ave, south of Ball Rd and east of the 57 Fwy, was sold by Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Joint Trust (ACR-TRUST). The property is near UC Irvine Medical Center, St. Joseph’s hospital, Angels Stadium, the Phoenix Club, the Outlets at Orange, and the Honda Center.
CBRE’s Gary Stache, Pat Scruggs, and Tom Abel represented the seller in the transaction.
“The property received significant interest from educational institutions and users who had high requirements for parking, mostly because the property has excess land for parking, freeway visibility and immediate access to the 57 Freeway,” said Stache.
