A 61k sf tech/flex building in Huntington Beach sold for $6.44 mil ($105/sf). The property is located on 2.78 acres at 15391 Springdale St, between Bolsa and Edinger Aves.
The building was constructed in 1984 and offers 24’ clearance, 37.8k sf of office space, dock-high loading, 1,200 Amps of power and 3.2 per 1,000 parking. Aranda Tooling Inc, based in Huntington Beach, will be occupying the entire building and has now doubled their total square footage in the area to 120k sf to accommodate their business growth.
Harry Okula of DAUM’s South Bay office and Jim St. Omer Roy of DAUM’s Newport Beach office represented the buyer, Springdale Street Limited Partners. Brad Bierbaum and Ryan Peterson of CBRE repped the seller, TYR Sport Inc, in the transaction.

Aranda Tooling has been in business for almost 40 years and specializes in the production of high volume metal stamping and metal fabrication (including laser cutting and robotic welding). They also maintain global manufacturing locations in Singapore and India, and have 120 employees in Huntington Beach and 300 worldwide.
