In a recent OC industrial lease comp, A&R Wholesale Distributors agreed to a six-year, $4.5 mil deal for a 128.4k sf ($0.49/sf/mo) Class A distribution building in Anaheim. The facility is located at 1765 Penhall Way, west of Euclid St and north of Lincoln Ave, adjacent to the I-5.
A&R Wholesale distributes food and snack products to school districts. Their new industrial building features 30-foot minimum ceilings, ESFR sprinkler system, and multiple dock high positions. The company is relocating from east Anaheim.
Clyde Stauff and Steve Calhoun of Colliers International represented the property owner, The Carson Companies. The tenant was repped by Jeff Mitchell of Voit Real Estate Services.
