Premier Business Centers, the big Irvine-based executive suites provider, has inked a lease for its 12th new location in the past 18 months and now leases in excess of 1 msf nationwide. The new location is at Griffin Towers’ 6 Hutton Centre Dr, in OC’s desirable South Coast Metro area. Premier signed a long term lease for 16.8k sf on the building’s sixth floor.
Premier Business Centers has been offering first class offices space and executive suite services to its clients for more than 8 years.
This is Premier Business Centers 19th location in Orange County (57th in the USA), but it is their first location in the South Coast Metro (Santa Ana) area. “We are pleased to be able to enter this new submarket of Orange County and continue to expand our geographic coverage in Orange County”, said Jeff Reinstein, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Business Centers.
Premier will be developing a brand new first class executive office suite at the Griffin Towers’ location and will offer over 67 full service offices on a short- or long-term basis when it opens on December 1, 2010.
