City of Santa Ana Spends $10.5 Mil on 2.5-Acre Industrial Property

3/07/23

The City of Santa Ana acquired a 2.49-acre industrial outdoor storage parcel with a 3.9k sf single-story building in Santa Ana for $10.5 mil. The property is located at 4404 W. 1st St, just west of Harbor Blvd.

The property features a large, fenced and secured yard area, and provides quick access to the 5 and 405 freeways. The buyer plans to use it for city-related public services.

“This was a very rare offering in a prime Santa Ana industrial location,” said BJ Turner, Founder with Dunleer, the property seller. “Both the zoning, infill location and size of the parcel are very hard to find in Orange County. While we received a number of offers, we were pleased to work on a seamless transaction that will benefit the municipal needs of the City of Santa Ana.”

Keith Greer, Ben Seybold, Sean Ward, and Joshua Samuels of CBRE represented Dunleer in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.
