Captiva Partners acquired a 9.5k sf, freestanding office/industrial building on 60.1k sf of industrial-zoned land in the supply-constrained Los Angeles South Bay submarket of Rancho Dominquez. The price was not given out.
The property is located at 1957 – 2021 E. Del Amo Blvd, east of Alameda St and south of the 91 Fwy. It features a freestanding sprinklered building on a high-visibility site with frontage and signage on Del Amo Blvd., and a secured fenced yard with lights.
Anthony Bergeman, Krishna Shegran and Michael Chase with DAUM Commercial represented Captiva and one of the private sellers in the transaction.
“Sustaining an industrial vacancy rate in Los Angeles County at just 0.8%, vacancy in the Rancho Dominguez submarket remains historically low and among the lowest in the region,” commented Bergeman.” The prime infill location of Rancho Dominquez offers immediate access to major freeways such as Interstate 405, Interstate 710, State Route 91, and the Alameda Corridor.
