Jupiter Holdings LLC has completed construction of Scott Road Commerce Center’s building 2, an 84.2k sf, Class A industrial building in Menifee. Located at 33360 Zeiders Rd, the structure offers heavy power capabilities with ±2,000 amps, 18 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, and 24’ height clearance.
It is the second of five buildings that make up a new 701.3k sf industrial complex situated just north of the Murrieta and Temecula submarkets immediately off the Scott Rd and I-215 interchange. The project is the city’s first Class A industrial complex since 2018.
Development for Phase II of Scott Road Commerce Center, encompassing 545k sf across Buildings 3, 4, and 5, is set to begin with an official groundbreaking this August. The entire five-building development is on track for completion in mid-2023.
The project is the latest from Newport Beach-based investment firm Jupiter Holdings LLC, represented by Colliers’ Tucker Hohenstein and Joey Jones, along with Gordon Mize of Lee & Associates, are marketing the project for sale or lease.
