Casa Sierra, a 22-unit multifamily property in the SoCal city of Paramount, was purchased by Gardena-based Swami International California for $6.175 mil ($280.7k/unit).
Built in 1986, the property is situated on just over one acre at 15302 Gundry Ave. It was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
The property features 22 units with an average unit size over 850 sf. It affords immediate access to both the 105 and 710 Freeways.
Steffan Braunlich of Berkadia represented the seller, Irvine-based Shree Ram-Ven LP. According to Braunlich, the seller had operated the property for decades and was ready to cash out.
