Harbor Associates has selected Premier Workspaces to operate its 20.2k sf flexible workspace at Stewart Plaza, located at 400 and 440 North Mountain Avenue in the city of Upland. Located just south of Foothill Blvd/Route 66 and nestled between the 10 and 210 Freeways in Southern California’s Inland Empire, Stewart Plaza features 85 sf to 1.3k sf spaces on flexible terms.
Stewart Plaza features Spanish architecture and is beautifully maintained with communal plazas and landscaped walkways. The property also provides plenty of free open ground parking.
Harbor Associates has plans for a multi-million dollar renovation for the buildings in 2021 that will offer existing and prospective clients office solutions in a new Class A environment. The plans include modernizing the lobbies at each building, replacing the roofs and HVAC units, and creating multiple spec suites in the buildings available for immediate occupancy for traditional office tenants.
Premier will provide a highly professional setting with furnished and unfurnished private office options, flexible terms, and a shared conference room. The workspace has 39 office spaces of varying sizes and members have 24/7 key-card access to their offices as well as reciprocal privileges at more than 90 other Premier Workspace shared workspaces throughout the country.
Amy Fuller, Premier’s SVP of Sales and Marketing, commented “We’ve been looking at opening a center in the Upland area for a while now. Stewart Plaza is in a prime location at Mountain Avenue and Arrow Highway. It’s also in an Opportunity Zone, which provides tax benefits for small and mid-size businesses in San Bernardino County.”
