Here’s news of an interesting mixed-use property in north San Diego County that has come on the market with a listing price of $19.2 mil. The four-building, 18.7k sf property, Rancho Santa Fe Professional Center, is comprised of three office/medical buildings and one retail building.
Located at 6002-6 El Tordo, 5951 La Sendita and 17008 Avenida De Acacias, east of I-5 off of Linea Del Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe, the property was built in phases from 1975 to 1990. CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo and Gary Stache are representing the owner in marketing the property.
