A two-story, 2.8k sf office building in downtown San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood sold for $2.275 mil, or $812/sf. The freestanding property is located at 223 West Date St, a few doors west of the I-5 and Front St.
Bud Marsh, David Maxwell and Bill Shrader of Colliers International represented the seller, The Jenco Holmes Family Trust. Date Street Creative House, LLC acquired the property.
