MaxCare Products leased 58.8k sf of industrial space in Santa Ana. MaxCare will utilize the space for manufacturing and distribution of its masks, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other medical supplies.
The space is part of a 116.6k sf facility located at 2700-2722 South Fairview St, east of Harbor Blvd and the Santa Ana River. The property is situated just minutes from I-405, providing convenient access to many other Southern California submarkets. It features a large fenced yard and major street frontage.
JLL’s Steve Wagner, Louis Tomaselli and Zach Niles represented the property owner, Rexford Industrial, in the lease. MaxCare Products was repped by Steffan Morris, Byron Foss, Wade Tift and Nick Carey of JLL.
"Orange County continues to see strong demand for manufacturing and last mile distribution space," commented Wagner. "The unfortunate COVID crisis has created significant demand from medical supply companies looking to be closer to their customers.”
