A fully leased, 28.5k sf flex industrial facility in Santa Fe Springs was acquired by an OC-based private investor. The property is located at 15511 Carmenita Rd, adjacent to the southwest side of I-5. The price was not disclosed.
Built in 1998, the facility comprises 11.4k sf of office space spanning two floors in the front of the building and 17.1ksf of one-story industrial warehouse space with 22-foot clear height at the rear of the property. The parking lot is gated and provides access to two drive-in docks and two-grade level doors.
