An industrial site of just under four acres in the Inland Empire city of Chino was acquired by a local buyer, who will use the property for their growing construction business. The land parcel, located at 3612 and 3638 Philadelphia St, includes two small buildings totaling 2.1k sf of space.
The property features a 975 sf building, a 1.1k sf building, a fully fenced yard and gated entry. It is well located less than one mile from the 60 Fwy, is near the 10, 57 and 71 freeways, and is eight miles from Ontario International Airport.
Alan Pekarcik and Chris Smith with Avison Young, along with Team Earnhart of Lee & Associates, represented the buyer in the deal. Pekarcik and Smith also repped the seller, a Phoenix-based private investor.
