Hurtt Family Health Clinic Inc agreed to a 10-year, $5.4 mil lease for 13.7k sf ($3.28/sf/mo) of space at Foothill Regional Medical Center in Tustin.
Located at 14642 Newport Ave, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a four-story Class A medical office building adjacent to the Foothill Regional Medical Center hospital and centrally located near the intersection of the 5 and 55 freeways. The landlord is Welltower, which has become known for its unparalleled relationship network and premier-quality health care real estate portfolio.
Hurtt Family Health Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing highly accessible, preventative, primary and specialized healthcare to underserved families through multiple full service medical, dental, vision, mental health, chiropractic, and health education facilities. In addition to this new Tustin location, Hurtt Family Health Clinic has three existing clinic sites in the surrounding area.
Sonya Dopp-Grech with NAI Capital’s Healthcare Services Group in Irvine represented the landlord in the deal.
