Two freestanding industrial buildings totaling15.5k sf of space in North San Diego County sold for a combined price of $3.25 mil. The properties are located at 2222 Meyers Ave and 670 Opper St in Escondido.
Horizon Lighting Inc acquired 2222 Myers Ave, a 5.5k sf office building built in 1976, for $1.19 mil ($216/sf). In the other deal, Chris and Leah Christianson purchased 670 Opper St, a 10k sf industrial property built in 1977, for $2.06 mil ($206/sf).
Conor Boyle, Tucker Hohenstein and Tyler Stemley of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller of both properties, 1340 Cuson CO. The buyers were repped by Lee & Associates, with Jeff Gahagan representing Horizon Lighting Inc and Michael Golden and Trent France representing Chris and Leah Christianson.
“Both buildings are centrally located in a prime area of North San Diego County with easy access to I-15 and Hwy 78,” said Boyle. “With one of the most diversified economies in the region, Escondido is a highly desirable destination for office and industrial tenants and buyers alike.”
