Renovation Wrapped Up at San Diego Area Office Building


Renovation work has been completed at 1450 Frazee Road, a seven-story, 140.5k sf Class A office building in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. 1450 Frazee can accommodate users ranging from 1.7k sf to over 18.5k sf on the top floor of the building.

Re-designed by LPA, the renovation of 1450 Frazee included the comprehensive remodel of the first-floor lobby and upper floor common areas, new landscaping and the build out of seven new spec suites ranging in size from 1.7k sf to 3.6k sf, three of which have already been leased.

Leading the leasing efforts at 1450 Frazee are JLL’s Bess Wakeman and Tim Olson. The property is owned by DRA Advisors and Hill Properties.

Situated 10 minutes north of downtown San Diego, 1450 Frazee is visible from State Highway 163 and just minutes to Interstates 5, 8, 805, and 15. It features a building conference facility and outdoor courtyard, and is walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping centers, high-end retail, banking, grocery stores and hotels.
