Following the transaction, which involved an expansion and the extension of existing leases, City of Hope will occupy space in all of the property’s three buildings, totaling more than 450k sf. CBRE’s Kevin Duffy, Natalie Bazarevitsch and Damon Feldmeth represented the landlord in the transaction with Savills’ David Gordon representing City of Hope.
“This campus is exactly what the tenants of today are looking for,” said Bazarevitsch. “It has modern-day touches, a variety of amenities and optimum opportunities for indoor and outdoor collaboration. This is an ideal location for City of Hope as well as for any other employers looking to operate in an all-encompassing, self-contained and lush setting to help attract the best and brightest talent.”
