TrakMotive has agreed to a $7.78 mil, 88-month lease of a 156.7k sf ($0.56/sf/mo) industrial building in Redlands. The property is located at 1675 W. Park Ave, south of I-10 and just west of Alabama St.
TrakMotive, based out of Redlands, will use this property to expand their automotive parts business. The building is owned by Cabot Properties, based out of Boston, MA.
Walt Chenoweth with Voit Real Estate Services and Herrick Johnson with Lee & Associates in Riverside brokered the transaction on behalf of Cabot Properties.
