The property, which was about 50% occupied at the time of sale, is located at 501-509 Marin St. It is situated walking distance from Janss Marketplace and The Oaks shopping mall.
Marin Corporate Center is a two-story, garden office complex with lush, woodsy landscaping surrounded by panoramic hillside views. The buyer, Marin Simgo LLC, plans to renovate the interior and exterior including zen-like outdoor areas with water features.
Jay Rubin and Scott Silverstein with Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Rubin and Silverstein are representing Marin Simgo in the leasing of the property going forward. According to Silverstein, the buyer plans to reposition the property to Class A medical and office uses.
