Mitchell Place, a 230-unit, lifestyle apartment community in Murrieta, has been completed and has opened to the public. The new gated neighborhood, a development of MBK Rental Living, consists of 78 flats and 152 townhomes with nine floorplans, ranging from 787 sf to 1.4k sf in size.
The development is located at 35995 Mitchell Rd, west of I-215 and north of Clinton Keith Rd. It offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences featuring luxury interior finishes including modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, contemporary lighting and distinctive wood-style flooring.
