Pacific Athletic Wear recently inked an 84-month lease for a 76.1k sf industrial building in Garden Gove. The transaction has a total value of $3.2 mil, which works out to an average rate of around $0.50/sf/mo.
The facility is located at 7340 Lampson Ave, north of the 22 Fwy and west of Beach Blvd. Pacific Athletic Wear, an apparel manufacturer, will use the building to expand its operations after relocating from a smaller space.
Jack Haley and Greg Diab with Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Hurtt Jr. Real Estate. JLL repped the tenant in the deal.
