Premier Workspaces Opens First Location in Santa Clarita Valley

Premier Workspaces, one of the largest privately-owned flexible workplace operators in the U.S. with over 90 locations, has just opened its first location in north L.A. County’s Santa Clarita Valley. The property is located at 25101 The Old Road, adjacent to the west side of I-5.

The Santa Clarita Valley is home to Six Flags Magic Mountain and the city of Santa Clarita, which includes the communities of Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, and Valencia, as well as the unincorporated communities of Castaic, Stevenson Ranch, and Newhall Ranch. Sitting on The Old Road between Lyons Ave and Calgrove Blvd exits, the building (formerly the ReMax building) has a prominent spot facing the Golden State (I-5) Freeway.

The Santa Clarita office space offers 89 private offices and mini-suites, three well-appointed conference rooms, and an impressive reception/lounge area to greet clients and guests upon their first step into the building.
