CMI Holdings LLC paid $4.35 mil for a 23.3k sf ($187/sf) industrial building in Chino. The facility sits on 1.84 acres at 15142 Vista Del Rio Ave, south of the 60 Fwy and just east of the 71 Fwy. It features approximately 6.3k sf of office space, three ground-level doors, and a large fenced yard.
Kevin Herron with SharpLine Commercial Partners represented the buyer in the deal. The seller, a family trust, was repped by Lee & Associates.
“The buyer plans to occupy the property for its business once the existing lease with the current tenant expires in mid-2020,” said Herron. “The industrial market is very tight in the Los Angeles County area and similar buildings near this asset that are currently on the market are being priced much higher as demand outpaces supply.”
