Here’s some comp info on two recent multifamily sales in West Hollywood. The properties that traded total 34 units and sold for a combined $13.6 mil.
In one of the deals, and 18-unit property at 8450 De Longpre sold for $7.6 mil, or about $422k/unit, said to be one of the highest prices for a non-historic and non-rent-controlled building in the area. The property was built in 1953.
In the other transaction, a 16-unit building at 1265 N. Sweetzer Ave sold for $5.97 mil, or $373k/unit. It was also built in 1953.
Michael Winestone of The Winestone Group at Compass, along with Isaac Salzberg with RB Realty Group represented the seller in both deals. Kenny Stevens & Max Berger with The Kenny Steven’s Team at Compass represented the buyers in both transactions.
