We’ve got two multifamily comps from West Hollywood to share with you. The properties total 34 units and sold for a combined price of about $13.6 mil.
In one of the deals, an 18-unit asset at 8450 De Longpre Ave sold for $7.6 mil, or $422k/unit. It is situated a few blocks west of Crescent Heights Blvd and just north of Fountain Ave. We’re told that is one of the highest prices for a non-historic/rent-controlled building in the area.
In the other transaction, a 14-unit property at 1265 N. Sweetzer Ave traded for $5.97 mil ($373k/unit). The property is located west of Crescent Heights Blvd and just south of Fountain Ave.
Michael Winestone with The Winstone Group and Isaac Salzberg with RB Realty Group represented the seller in both deals. Both buyers were repped by Kenny Stevens and Max Berger with The Kenny Stevens Team at Compass.
