Walters Wholesale Electric Company Renews Brea Distribution Facility Lease

Walters Wholesale Electric Company has agreed to a long-term renewal of it its existing 246.6k sf distribution facility in Brea in deal worth $24.7 mil. The building is at 200 N Berry St, in a central industrial corridor with excellent access to the 57, 91, 60 and 51 freeways.

Walters Wholesale Electric Company was founded in 1953 by Lester H. Walter and serves the construction industry throughout Southern California. The firm has 27 locations throughout the region.

Walters Wholesale Electric Company warehouses over $20,000,000 of construction material for daily deliveries to their customers. This makes their Brea facility the largest and most capable distributor warehouse in Southern California. John Wayne Airport is just 20 miles away and the San Pedro Bay ports are just 30 miles from the site.
