A new, 63-unit mixed-use development in Los Angeles has opened to the public. The project, nVe at Fairfax, was developed by Micropolitan and designed by KFA.
nVe at Fairfax is located at 639 N. Fairfax Ave, just off Melrose Ave. The immediate area is a popular, walkable neighborhood known for its lively restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
The architectural design of the four-story nVe at Fairfax will enhance its prominent location with a dramatic four-story portal opening into two landscaped courtyards. Residents will enjoy views stretching from Century City to downtown L.A. to the Hollywood sign.
The development features spacious, high-end units, seven of them dedicated as affordable, on a 20k sf parcel of land at the crossroads of the West Hollywood, Melrose, and the Fairfax/Grove commercial districts. Amenities will include subterranean parking, three landscaped courtyards with barbecue and lounge areas, outdoor games, a gym, bike parking, a community room with kitchen, an UBER lounge and a pet spa.
Micropolitan’s portfolio of mixed-use, transit-oriented, market-rate multifamily complexes bring contemporary style and panache to some of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Led by president Larry Kruger, Micropolitan’s collaboration with the like-minded, innovative KFA creates properties that are recognized for their outstanding design and resident-focused units and amenities. Micropolitan’s Los Angeles mixed-use, urban infill projects also include the Micropolitan at Urban Lights (completed in 2015), located in the center of Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile District; the Micropolitan at Larchmont Village; and the nVe in North Hollywood.
