Lincoln Property Company Redeveloping Los Alamitos Biz Property

Lincoln Property Company has begun construction on an overhaul of Katella Office Campus, a 150k sf office property on 9.6 acres next to Los Alamitos City Hall. Lincoln’s renovations will bring new life to two buildings constructed more than four decades ago.

Renovations currently underway include upgrades to the exterior, common area renovations, an extensive landscaping and site beautification package, and interior renovations to create a modern, efficient workspace. The property will maintain ample surface parking for tenants.

Immediately adjacent to the 605 Fwy and Katella Ave in the heart of Los Alamitos, the property has easy access to nearby affluent communities including Long Beach, Rossmoor, Cypress and Cerritos. The Shops at Rossmoor, a nearby retail center, offer several dining and service options for tenants including California Pizza Kitchen, Chipotle, Subway, Staples and Rite Aid. The property is also minutes away from the Long Beach airport and John Wayne airport, offering convenient options for business travelers.
