Vista Industrial Property Trades for $3.5 Mil

A local private investor paid $3.5 mil for a 19.5k sf industrial building in Vista in an off-market sale. The property, located at 1221 Liberty Way, was sold by Gieger Court LLC.

Joe McDermott and Jeffrey Crocker with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.

“The sale of 1221 Liberty Way was an off-market leased investment transaction,” said Crocker. “There is a great deal of competition for quality industrial properties in today’s market, and investors need to be ready to act quickly when an opportunity is uncovered that aligns with a buyer’s investment strategy,” he said.
