An 11.2k sf, free-standing restaurant occupied by Claim Jumper in Temecula was acquired by New World LP, a California Limited Partnership, for $3.7 mil ($330/sf) in an all-cash deal. The property, located at 29540 Rancho California Rd, was sold by a private Arizona LLC.
Built in 1992, the property is situated in a power center anchored by Target, CVS, Vons and 24 Hour Fitness. It is in close proximity to I-15.
CBRE’s Reg Kobzi and Jeff Pion represented both parties in the transaction.
“The acquisition of the property also provides an opportunity for the buyer to collect rent from Claim Jumper,” said Kobzi. “This building is in a great location, situated in a high-traffic power center with strong anchors and lots of visibility from Rancho California Road—which is the entrance to Wine Country.”
