G. P. Johnson Company (GPJ) has inked a five-year, $3.5 mil lease renewal for 98.8k sf ($0.59/sf/mo) of industrial space in Torrance that the firm has occupied for over 20 years. The property owner is Z/A Torrance Associates.
GPJ has occupied a portion of a 306k sf, concrete tilt-up industrial building located at 4242 W. 190th St since 1995. The firm, one of the world’s top event and experiential marketing agencies, utilizes the property for the storage of trade show displays for some of the major consumer product companies in the U.S.
