Dongyu OC Properties, a nutraceutical company, purchased a 37.3k sf industrial building in Tustin for $8.39 mil, or about $225/sf. Dongyu OC Properties is relocating from Irvine to this building, located at 14831 Franklin Ave, on the west side of I-5 near Jamboree Rd.
Byron Foss, Wade Tift and Nick Carey with JLL represented Dongyu OC Properties in the acquisition. The seller, LBA Realty, was repped by Lee & Associates.
According to JLL, Dongyu OC Properties wanted to be located in a modern, functional industrial building nearest to its employees that provided room for growth. They chose this building because it fit the short and long-term goals of the company.
