OC Sales Review Includes Eight Recent Office and Industrial Deals

The Orange County office of Lee & Associates recently completed eight office and industrial sales transactions in SoCal, totaling 118.8k sf of space with a combined value of $18.6 mil. The deals include the following:

• Caliber Sealing Solutions paid $3.84 mil for a 22.9k sf ($168/sf) industrial building at 2780 Palisades in Corona. Jeff Gahagan and Marshal Vogt of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, while Jack Faris, and Rob Socci of Voit repped the seller.

• A 20.8k sf industrial building at 660 N. Hariton St in Orange was purchased by 660 Hariton LLC for $4.45 mil ($214/sf). Scott Seal of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Troy Williams of Newmark Grubb Knight repped the buyer.

• Scott Kim paid $1.49 mil for an 8k sf ($186/sf) industrial building at 1829 W. Commonwealth Ave in Fullerton. Jeff Gahagan and Bob Sattler of Lee & Associates represented the seller, while Alex Han of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.

• Rodney and Pam Hopkins paid $377.3k for a 2k sf office space in Santa Ana. Erik Thompson and Jaimeson Hearne of Lee & Associates represented the seller, while Cedric Ferrel and Paul Kott of Keller Williams repped the buyer.

• A 44.4k sf parcel of land at 2045 N. Tustin St in Orange was acquired by a private investor for $3.85 mil. John Son of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in an off-market sale.

• North Clara LLC paid $1.38 mil for a 6.2k sf ($223/sf) industrial building at 321 N. Clara St in Santa Ana. Rob Leiter of Lee & Associates represented the seller. Haleh Saghafi of Surterra Properties repped the buyer.

• Hek Realty Group LLC spent $2.6 mil on 11.8k sf ($220/sf) of retail buildings at 5820 Palo Verde and 10751 South St in Cerritos. John Son of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in an off-market sale.

• Allen Gapik bought a 2.7k sf industrial space at 1200-M Jefferson St in Anaheim for $637.5k ($236/sf). David Williams and Tom Grant of Lee & Associates represented the seller, and Brian Williams of Voit repped the buyer.
