Duke Realty Corporation has purchased two industrial buildings totaling 873.9k sf in the SoCal cities of Fontana and Industry. The two assets are part of a larger $700 mil, 12-property industrial portfolio that Duke purchased from Bridge Development Partners LLC.
The two SoCal acquisitions include a 429.9k sf building on South Ajax Ave in City of Industry and a 444k sf facility at 11250 Poplar Ave in Fontana. Poplar Avenue was completed and leased in 2016, while Ajax Avenue was completed in 2017 and was delivered on a shell basis. Both buildings are proximate to the San Bernardino, Ontario and Pomona Freeways, east of downtown Los Angeles.
