Sares Regis Group Buys Toyota Campus in Torrance

10/20/17

Sares Regis Group has purchased Toyota’s former Los Angeles-area national headquarters property in Torrance, a 110+-acre complex with more than 2 msf of office and industrial space. The company is relocating its HQ to Plano, TX, outside of Dallas.

The 18-building campus is located at 2050 W 190th St, adjacent to the 405 Fwy at western. The property is approximately 10 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and near the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles. It includes five diesel power generators, two helipads, two dining centers, a cafeteria and a data center. The property also has a tennis court and a fitness center with a swimming pool, along with something like 8,000 parking places.

Although we don’t at this time have a sales price, industry estimates at the time it was first listed, back in February of this year, hovered around $150 mil. Jeff Adkison and Brendan McArthur with JLL represented the seller, Toyota.
