Vanguard Logistics Services, a $9.8 mil, 62-month renewal lease for a 201.5k sf ($0.78/sf/mo) facility in Rancho Dominguez. The building is located at located at 2665 E. Del Amo Blvd, west of Alameda St and the 710 Fwy.
Vanguard, a leading neutral freight consolidation service, will continue to occupy the concrete tilt-up building for use as a distribution hub. The company began negotiating the recently signed renewal deal with one year remaining on its current lease.
Frank Schulz, SIOR, with The Klabin Co., along with colleagues David Prior, SIOR, and Todd Taugner, SIOR, represented the property owner, Prologis. Savills Studley represented the tenant.
“In a market with less than one percent vacancy, tenants are looking earlier and earlier to secure their lease renewals. The Del Amo property is unique given its low building coverage, and close proximity to the ports,” Schulz said.
