Plaza de la Paz, a 295k sf shopping center in the OC city of Laguna Niguel, has been refinanced with a new, $60 mil loan. The center, located at 27241 La Paz Rd, is owned by a local, family-based investment entity.
Plaza de la Paz is a prominent, multi-community retail center that serves as a primary shopping destination for residents of Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo, California. The center features a collection of over 45 national and regional retail destinations including; The Home Depot, Sprouts Farmers Market, CVS Pharmacy and Off Broadway Shoes.
Tim Winton with Keystone Mortgage Corporation arranged the 15-year, fixed-rate loan, which was funded through an insurance company. The new loan has an interest rate of 3.75%.
