Aspyrian Therapeutics, a privately funded clinical stage biotechnology company, has inked a lease for 20k sf of HQ space at Coast 9 in San Diego. Owned by BioMed Realty, Coast 9 is a nine-building, Class A life science campus located in Sorrento Valley.
Coast 9 is located at 11080-11180 Roselle St and 11055-11175 Flintkote Ave, just west of I-805 at Sorrento Valley Blvd.
Aspyrian’s laboratories and offices are located in the 11080 Roselle building. The company was represented in the deal by Ted Jacobs of Cushman & Wakefield.
