Las Palmas apartments, a 140-unit multifamily property in Vista, sold for $20.9 mil, or $149k/unit. The asset is located at 300 W. Los Angeles Dr, west of Santa Fe Ave and north of Hwy 78.
The community is located in the heart of Vista, offering residents convenient access to schools, restaurants, shopping, parks and civic events. Las Palmas offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 720 sf to 1.2k sf, with professionally landscaped grounds, a pool, fitness center, community lounge and covered parking. The project provides easy access to Highway 78 leading to Interstates 5 and 15, allowing residents to easily access all of North County San Diego’s major employment centers, shopping, dining, higher education, craft breweries, wineries, recreation activities and theme parks.
