PSI Services has inked an 11-year lease for a 23.6k sf, full-floor space in Glendale. Although the lease value was not given out, we understand that the asking rate for the space is around $2.40/sf/mo FSG, which would give the deal a value close to $7.5 mil.
The firm’s new space is on the 10th floor at Glendale Center, a 14-story, 398.7k sf, Class A office tower located at 611 N. Brand Blvd. Built in 1972, the property is highly visible along the 134 Fwy, is near a variety of retail and dining amenities, and is within the heart of Glendale’s central business district.
PSI provides pre-employment testing, licensure and certification testing solutions to corporations, professional associations and government regulatory agencies in North America. The company is relocating its corporate headquarters from 17.3k sf at 2950 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank, a space that the company had outgrown.
Jacob Bobek with Avison Young represented the tenant. The landlord, LNR Partners Inc, was repped by Jones Lang LaSalle.
