Two institutional-quality office campuses totaling 260.4k sf in San Diego have sold. The properties, Governor Executive Centre and Governor Park Plaza, are located at 6165, 6256, 6333 and 6363 Greenwich Drive at the corner of I-805 and Hwy 52 in The Golden Triangle area of San Diego.
Totaling four buildings between them, the properties are near the San Diego submarkets of UTC, Sorrento Mesa and Kearny Mesa, and offer access to more than 1.7 msf of nearby retail amenities. Combined, the properties are 91% leased to tenants including the University of California, San Diego.
Ryan Gallagher, Nick Psyllos and Michael Leggett with HFF represented the seller in the transaction. The price was not given out.
