US Storage Centers Inc has purchased StorAmerica Self Storage in Harbor City for almost $5 mil. The 29k sf facility, located at 1239 W 253rd St, consists of 333 self-storage units and sits on approximately 1.3 acres of land.
StorAmerica Self-Storage offers a wide range of amenities, including a gated entrance with key code access, 24-hour video surveillance cameras, RV and boat parking, and wide asphalt drive aisles for easy access.
CBRE’s Nick Walker represented the seller, National Storage Affiliates Trust REIT, and the buyer Westport Properties in this transaction.
