Ickler Electric Corporation, a San Diego-based electrical construction firm, has acquired a 34.7k sf, office and warehouse property in Poway for $6.4 mil, or $184/sf. Ickler plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to the two-building property, located at 13250 Kirkham Way, beginning in March 2017.
Ickler will be moving from its current locations at 12155 and 12175 Dearborn Place, also in Poway. This new location will consolidate the firm’s existing locations into a single, large campus that will also accommodate the future growth of the company.
Marc Posthumus with Colliers International San Diego Region represented Ickler Electric Corporation in the deal. Ted Cuthbert, also with Colliers, repped the San Diego-based seller, CWTN Associates LLC.
